💪 Built for UK personal trainers

Train clients. Not paperwork.

ChatGPT writes generic health forms. These are for UK personal trainers — PAR-Q screening your insurer actually accepts, liability terms written for UK law (not US), and a cancellation policy clients sign before their first session starts.

Session Progress Log

Per-session record of exercises, sets, reps, weights, and client notes. Gives clients visible evidence of progression over time — and protects you if someone claims results weren't delivered or questions whether sessions actually happened.

Contract signed!

Not a generic health form. Not a ChatGPT waiver. Insurance-ready.

UK PT insurance needs more than a disclaimer. Your documents need to match what your insurer expects — and handle the disputes that actually happen.

📋

PAR-Q your insurer accepts

Written to the standard UK fitness insurers expect after an injury claim. Covers the questions your policy requires to be asked. Not adapted from an American template.

🇬🇧

UK law — not US liability terms

Your liability waiver references UK tort law and the Unfair Contract Terms Act — not US-style "assumption of risk" clauses that UK courts don't recognise.

Built for the disputes PTs actually have

Late cancellations, disputed session charges, clients who ghost mid-block. Written for PTs — not service providers in general.

A cancelled session at £40/hr you can't charge for costs more than this year here. One enforced cancellation fee pays for this subscription many times over. £29 fixes the problem permanently.

Get Protected — £29/yr

£29 for the whole year.

Less than one cancelled session you couldn't charge for.

Common questions

Do I need a PAR-Q if my clients look healthy?
Yes. The PAR-Q is not about how someone looks — it screens for hidden conditions like heart problems, high blood pressure, or medications that affect exercise response. Most PT insurance policies require documented pre-exercise screening for every client. If a client is injured and you have no PAR-Q on file, you may not be covered.
Is a liability waiver actually enforceable in the UK?
Partially. Under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, you cannot waive liability for personal injury caused by your own negligence. But a signed waiver still matters — it shows the client understood the risks, disclosed their health status, and consented to training. Courts consider this when assessing fault. It also clearly demonstrates professional conduct to your insurer.
Do I need REPs/CIMSPA registration to use these documents?
No. These documents are for any self-employed PT trading in the UK, regardless of whether you're registered with REPs or CIMSPA. Registration with those bodies is voluntary, not legally required to trade as a personal trainer.
Can I use these for online clients?
Yes — all documents work for online, in-person, and hybrid training arrangements. The client agreement includes an option to specify remote/online delivery. Your PAR-Q works identically whether the client completes it in person or digitally.
