Your subscription to PTDocuments is subject to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ptdocuments.co.uk and the document template subscription service provided by PTDocuments ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

PTDocuments provides a library of business document templates for UK self-employed personal trainers, accessed through a paid annual subscription. Templates are pre-filled with common UK-appropriate content and can be personalised using our autofill system.
We provide two subscription tiers:
Prices include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically unless cancelled.
As a consumer purchasing a digital subscription, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To cancel within this period, email [email protected] and we will issue a full refund.
After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you will retain access to all documents until the end of your current billing period.
You may cancel your auto-renewal at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to documents continues until that date.
All document templates, content, and code on ptdocuments.co.uk are owned by PTDocuments or our licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use and customise the templates for your own PT business during your active subscription period.

Templates are provided "as is" for reference purposes. PTDocuments does not warrant that templates will be legally sufficient for any particular purpose or jurisdiction beyond general UK use. We are not a law firm and the templates do not constitute legal advice.
PTDocuments shall not be liable for any losses arising from your use of the templates, including any claims made against you by clients, employers, or regulatory bodies. Our total liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
We will use reasonable endeavours to keep the service available. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime and may need to take the service offline for maintenance. We will not be liable for losses arising from service downtime.
One subscription covers one user. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. If we reasonably suspect account sharing, we may suspend or terminate your account without refund.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, for example by redistributing templates or engaging in fraudulent activity. In such cases, no refund will be issued. Either party may otherwise end the subscription by providing notice, with access continuing until the end of the current period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Before initiating any formal dispute, please contact us at [email protected] — we aim to resolve all issues within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve a dispute, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
